We are happy to issue certificates for Sacraments received at the Cathedral of St. Joseph, as well as at Sacred Heart (North Wheeling), St. Joan of Arc (Fulton), and Blessed Trinity (Wheeling Island). Certificates are issued based on the information recorded in our official Sacramental Registers.
