Our Clergy

MOST REVEREND MARK E. BRENNAN
As the chief shepherd of our Diocese, Bishop Brennan leads the faithful in Christ’s mission. As the Mother Church of the Diocese, the Cathedral is a sign of unity, and by virtue of his office, Bishop Brennan is the pastor.

REVEREND PENUMAKA “PEN” MANIKYALARAO
Father Pen provides spiritual leadership and oversees all aspects of the parish. He guides the liturgical, pastoral, and administrative mission of the Cathedral, ensuring that it remains a place of prayer, welcome, and encounter with Christ.

REVEREND JOHN D. SOPLINSKI
Assisting in the pastoral and administrative life of the Cathedral, Father Soplinski supports the Rector in leading our community. He is dedicated to sacramental ministry and fostering a welcoming and prayerful environment for all who visit.

DEACON DOUGLAS W. BREIDING
As a permanent deacon, Deacon Doug serves in preaching, assisting at the altar, and ministering to the needs of the faithful.
Deacon Doug also serves our Diocese as the Director of Catholic Cemeteries.

DEACON JACOB A. MANNING
Through his ministry of service, Deacon Jacob assists in the liturgy, preaches homilies, and helps form disciples within our community. He also oversees our O.C.I.A. program.
Our Staff

TYLER J. GREENWOOD
Tyler assists in the liturgical, pastoral, and administrative aspects of the Cathedral, working to ensure that all feel welcomed, supported, and engaged in the life of the Church.

MATTHEW S. BERHER
In addition to being the Diocesan Director of Music, Matthew leads our Cathedral’s music ministry, enhancing our worship through sacred music that lifts hearts and minds to God. He directs our choir and schola, instrumentalists, and congregational singing to enrich our liturgical celebrations.

MARTIN IMBROSCIO
With great care and devotion, Martin ensures that our liturgical celebrations are reverent and well-prepared. From setting up for Mass to maintaining sacred vessels and vestments, he serves behind the scenes to support the beauty and dignity of our worship.
