The Cathedral Rosary Makers have achieved their first goal of 200 rosaries. Rosary makers? What is that? Who are they? Well, it all started a few months ago when Deacon Doug Breiding was approached by several of us who wanted to learn to make rosaries. Classes were held and we learned how to make rosaries using cord and simple beads. Deacon Doug is a good teacher and under his watchful eye, we are off to a good start. This first group of 200 will be sent off to the missions and we will continue to make more.

It is a relaxing way to spend some time and a great way to honor Our Lady and spread devotion to her rosary. We are always looking for more nimble fingers, so if anyone would like to join us, just contact the parish office. It is not necessary to be a member of St. Joseph Cathedral.
